Abstract

Introduction: Individuals from gender and sexual minority groups (i.e. those identifying as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual and other related identities [LGBTQIA+]) experience significant health disadvantages compared to cis-gendered, heterosexual people. The aim of this systematic review was to synthesise available evidence on the patterns of physical activity, sedentary behaviour and sleep in LGBTQIA+ individuals.
