Abstract
The hierarchical platelike SrTiO3/BiOBr nano-catalysts were prepared by one-step microwave solvothermal method and the optimal composite amount of 30% SrTiO3/BiOBr was screened. The SrTiO3/BiOBr was characterized by XRD, and the results showed that the SrTiO3/BiOBr was successfully prepared. The surface of the sample was spherical strontium titanate, which was successfully adhered to the BiOBr, and the band gap was 3.0 eV. PL analysis shows that BiOBr is beneficial to the separation of photogenerated electron holes and the inhibition of charge and hole recombination. The degradation efficiency of MB was 99% after 50 min exposure to xenon lamp (150 W). The mani free radical species in the photocatalytic process is hole(h+).
