The European Union becomes from day to day more integrated unit. With the loosening of the labour market the organizations in the EU encounter increased diversity of employees, i.e. characteristics of the humans, by which they differ from each other. More and more important within the personal development is the personality development, which contributes significantly to the success of EDM providing competitive advantages to organizations in the sphere of social responsibility, cost management, acquirement of funds, marketing, creativity, problem solving, innovations, flexibility etc. Diversity management (DM) is a complicated job, which has to be based also on the total personal development and primarily on personality development.
