Abstract

Histopathological findings of ramus superficialis, n. peroneus of rhesus monkey A125 and ramus superficialis, n. plantaris lateralis of African green monkey 8178 were studied. These monkeys were inoculated with leprosy bacilli isolated from lepromata of mangabey monkey A015. Period between date of inoculum and date of sacrifice of the rhesus monkey was about 3 years, and in African green monkey 8178 it was about 5 years.
