Abstract
One of the most important economic sectors that contributes greatly to the country's development and economic development is the construction industry sector. The importance of productivity in a construction project is a measure of how well a resource is managed and empowered to achieve maximum results with the use of fewer resources. however, please note that there are many factors that can affect labor productivity such as a decrease in internal labor productivity, the implementation and implementation of SMK3L. Therefore, to analyze the ranking of the influence of internal factors, the application and application of SMK3L on labor productivity in the Mandiri Bumi Slipi IT project, research was conducted. The study was carried out in such a way by distributing questionnaires to construction actors such as HSE, site engineering, contractors, and consultants. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the ranking of the influence of internal factors, the application and implementation of SMK3L on the labor productivity of the Mandiri Bumi Slipi Jakarta IT project. Two quantitative calculations using data processing methods are involved such as the Relative Importance Index (RII) and IBM SPSS to determine the validity, reliability, and ranking of the types of influences that may have the most impact on labor productivity. After the overall analysis, the ranking of factors affecting labor productivity highest from internal factors is quality in equipment with RII of 0.8933 and from application and implementation factors is emergency events with RII of 0.8933. Abstrak Salah satu sektor ekonomi terpenting yang berkontribusi besar bagi pembangunan negara dan pembangunan ekonomi adalah sektor industri konstruksi. Pentingnya produktivitas dalam suatu proyek konstruksi merupakan ukuran seberapa baik suatu sumber daya dikelola dan diberdayakan guna mencapai hasil maksimal dengan penggunaan sumber daya sesedikitnya. namun perlu diketahui bahwa terdapat banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja seperti penurunan produktivitas tenaga kerja internal, penerapan dan pelaksanaan SMK3L. Oleh karena itu, untuk menganalisis peringkat pengaruh faktor internal, penerapan dan penerapan SMK3L terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di proyek IT Mandiri Bumi Slipi, dilakukan penelitian. Kajian dilakukan sedemikian rupa dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para pelaku konstruksi seperti HSE, site engineering, kontraktor, dan konsultan. Pengkajian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peringkat pengaruh faktor internal, penerapan dan implementasi SMK3L terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja proyek IT Mandiri Bumi Slipi Jakarta. Dua perhitungan kuantitatif menggunakan metode pemrosesan data dilibatkan seperti Relative Importance Index (RII) dan IBM SPSS untuk menentukan validitas, keandalan, dan peringkat jenis pengaruh yang mungkin berdampak paling besar terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja. Setelah analisis keseluruhan, peringkat faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja tertinggi dari faktor internal adalah kualitas pada peralatan dengan RII sebesar 0,8933 dan dari faktor penerapan dan pelaksanaan adalah kejadian darurat dengan RII sebesar 0,8933.
