Abstract
The application of mobile payment can be used through mobile devices in payment for the purchase of merchandise and services. Mobile payment in this study will analyze the performance of mobile payment solutions and the quality of mobile payment services that would improve mobile payment through users' satisfaction. Mobile payment solution is measured in terms of bank account-based, credit card-based, and other e- card usage and company billing based. Mobile payment services are measured in terms of convenience, compatibility, trust, and usefulness. The study's sample consists of four hundred sixty-one (461) mobile payment users and employed convenience sampling techniques. The study discloses a statistically significant relationship between mobile payment solutions and payment services to performance analysis concerning users' satisfaction with a high positive correlation. Users' satisfaction also increases with every increase in mobile payment solutions and services. Furthermore, mobile payment is fast and reliable, facilitates high-valuetransactions, and provides convenient payment for merchandise and services.
