Abstract
To understand the training situation,existing problem and the effect of implementation of Hebei's academic medicine leader training a sampling survey was conducted.The analysis shows that the scientific research level and the academic achievements have been significantly increased,the project funds sustained increased,the quality and quantity of medical care enhanced steadily,and patients' satisfaction enhanced.At the same time some recommendations about policy for medical academic leader development are put forward.
