PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI SKPI MENERAPKAN OUTCOME BASED EDUCATION BERBASIS WEB
The Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach has been implemented in various developed countries to reduce the gap between education and the needs of the world of work. SKPI (Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah) is an important supporting document that provides additional information regarding graduates' abilities and achievements. However, many universities still use a manual system based on Microsoft Excel, which is prone to data duplication and less efficient. This research develops a web-based SKPI information system using the Laravel 11 framework with a waterfall SDLC approach. The system includes stages of analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance and is equipped with security features such as data encryption to protect student information. It can manage and print descriptions of achievements, organizational activities, seminars, training, and student learning outcomes. Testing was conducted using black-box testing and user testing methods, showing that the system functions optimally and meets the needs. User feedback shows the system is efficient in supporting SKPI management

Research aim : This research aims to design a web-based movable asset maintenance information system as a company's effort to implement strategic performance management.
 Design/Method/Approach : This research method uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the use of the waterfall model. In addition, the analysis and design of the system in this research uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML), the PIECES method to identify problems, and Blackbox Testing as a test of the suitability of the system's functionality.
 Research Finding : The results of this study indicate that the functional requirements of the web-based movable asset maintenance information system are following the company's functional requirements based on testing through black box testing.
 Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research is expected to increase knowledge in the field of web-based information system design technology.
 Practitionel/Policy implication : The implementation of strategic performance management through a web-based movable asset maintenance information system has an impact on the digital transformation of the company's activity procedures, the performance of the company's activity procedures which is increasing, data management is carried out centrally, the negative impact of security is reduced, and excellent service is increasing.
 Research limitation : The object of the research is in the Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru Aircraft Filling Depot. In addition, this research is limited to the design of a web-based movable asset maintenance information system.

Introduction: A website-based management information system is needed in dental practices as a public service center that is required to work quickly, precisely, and accurately. The performance of dental practices becomes more optimal with a computerized management information system. Objectives: This study aimed to develop and analyze a web-based management information system for dental practices to improve healthcare services in Indonesia. Methods: This is an action research design conducted at an independent dental practice in Kudus, Indonesia. The research utilized the waterfall method, which started with requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment, as well as maintenance. The analysis was carried out using two methods: Black-Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The UAT percentage results were categorized into 5 sections: 0%-20% very unsatisfied, 21%-40% unsatisfied, 41%-60% neutral, 61%-80% satisfied, and 81%-100% very satisfied. Results: Testing used the Black-Box Testing method on 17 menus, with results meeting the expected specifications and no errors detected during the testing. The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) indicated a 96% approval rate, which signified an excellent rating in users' assessment of the developed system. Conclusions: Based on the results of the study, a web-based electronic dental practice management information system was proposed to meet the needs of dentists.

Hero Farma Pharmacy in Boyolali serves more than 40 daily transactions but still uses a manual Excel recording system that is prone to human error , data duplication, and slow in reporting. This study aims to create a web-based sales information system to improve the efficiency and accuracy of pharmacy operations. The research method uses a waterfall which includes the stages of needs analysis through interviews and observations, system design with UML, implementation using Laravel 10 and React.js integrated with Inertia.js, and blackbox testing. The implementation results show that the system has been successfully built with a structured database. Blackbox testing on 8 main functions. This web-based information system has succeeded in replacing the manual Excel process , minimizing recording errors, increasing operational efficiency, and supporting better managerial decisions to support pharmacy performance.

Harris Hotel Denpasar is one of the 4-star hotels in Denpasar City which has a large value and number of assets, however the asset recording process is still conventionally using microsoft office excel software. This has become a problem that inflicted the burdensome to conduct the data search and distribute it to the related user. In this study, a web-based management information system is advanced using the waterfall model type of development system starting from the first stage namely the analysis stage and specification stage until the last stage namely the operation and maintenance stage. The system information is depicted using DFD (Data Flow Diagram) starting from the Flowmap of the designed system, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram Level 0 and Data Flow Diagram Level 1 along with the data base design using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Web-based information system of the asset inventory in Harris Hotel Denpasar is implemented using the PHP native programming language, MySQL database and template Framework Bootstrap. It has the asset inventory of data management features, including data replenishments, data updates, listing of damaged goods, recording log activities, print reports and view the statistics. The assessment of the web-based information system of the asset inventory in Harris Hotel Denpasar is done using the Blackbox Testing Method. The result of this study is a web-based asset inventory information system that handles the company's asset management process at Harris Hotel Denpasar which consist of features such as the data additions, data updates, eliminating/reducting the asset request, recording of the damaged goods, recording of the activity log, printing reports into the spreadsheet and being able to display the asset of each department statistically.

Digital technology can be used to solve problems that arise from business activity. One company that has not optimally used digital technology is PT Tiga Tapak Mutiara, which is engaged in manufacturing shoe labels. In its business process, each related division collects data, and the data collection results will be reported to the manager to unify work activities. The production data collection process has not been carried out optimally by the relevant divisions because the conventional recording is still carried out using a spreadsheet application which can slow down the reporting process to be monitored by the leadership. As a result, a slow process can impact not completing production on time. In addition to the problem of data collection, another problem is that the completion of orders received earlier is not compared to the orders received last. The aim and contribution of this research are to integrate business processes to overcome these problems in data collection, monitoring, and order completion activities. It is necessary to design a web-based monitoring information system with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and the application of the First In, First Out (FIFO) method so that the ordering process can run according to the time of order. The result of this research is a web-based information system that is useful for integrating business processes to monitor and optimize production activities to be completed on time. This web-based information system has also passed the functionality test using black box testing and is following the company's needs.

Web-Based Student Grade Data Processing Information System is a system that provides online student activity report information, focusing on grade reports and student-related information. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Sa'adatuddarain, Jalan Mampang Raya No. 103, South Jakarta. The main problem faced by MA Sa'adatuddarain is the processing of student score data which is still done manually using Microsoft Excel. The results are then collected into the new curriculum section and submitted to the homeroom teacher in the form of sheets of paper. Therefore, an information system is needed that can manage data on student learning outcomes more effectively and efficiently. This research aims to develop a web-based information system application for processing data on student learning outcomes. The method applied in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD) using the MySQL Database and implemented using Adobe Dreamweaver. The programming language used involves PHP (Pre-Hypertext Processor), CSS (Cascading Style Sheet), and Web. The result of this research is "Processing Student Grades at MA Sa'adatuddarain", an application equipped with various features for Class Teachers and Students, presenting information including grades and student attendance at MA Sa'adatuddarain.

- Web-based information technology today is needed by the company in facilitating its activities. Likewise with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) which handles various activities and jobs related to customer service, such as customer registration, savings and loan services, financial installment payment etc. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko is one of the branches of BRI unit that has not used the web in its activities for customer registration service so that this makes it difficult for prospective customers located far from institutions that want to become customers. Therefore it takes a web that can be used to facilitate registration of prospective customers. This study aims to design a web created using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, where the application is expected to facilitate the implementation of the web for customer registration. Software development using Waterfall method and testing using Black Box Testing method. The results of this study is a webbased information system that allows prospective customers to register as a customer at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko, Ngawi.

: Transformer load data collection is a crucial activity in electric distribution management. Currently, this process is manually conducted through handwritten notes on paper, which are then photographed and shared with technical personnel via WhatsApp. This process is time-consuming and prone to errors. This study proposes the development of a web-based Transformer Load Information System using the Waterfall method and UML modeling approach. The Waterfall method is employed to outline the workflow of the system development, encompassing stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. UML modeling is used to design the system by illustrating the structure and interactions among its components. The outcome of this study is a web-based system that enables field employees to input transformer load data efficiently. Technical staff can readily access this data and generate reports, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of transformer load management. The system is tested using the black box testing method, which aids in identifying errors and shortcomings in the application. This testing process ensures the system functions as intended and meets user requirements. This research contributes a web-based information system that enhances the efficiency and accuracy of transformer load data collection. The amalgamation of the Waterfall method and UML in system development provides clear and structured guidance, resulting in a well-planned solution. This system can serve as a reference for developing similar solutions.

The Web-Based Training Goods Inventory Information System at BLK Kudus Regency was developed to overcome various problems in inventory management at the Department of Manpower, Industry, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Kudus Regency. This project was implemented from 1 February 2021 to 1 March 2021, with the main objective of analyzing and designing a system that can increase efficiency and accuracy in managing inventory data. Before this system existed, goods data collection was carried out using Microsoft Excel which was not online, causing problems such as increasingly large files and the need to move data between devices manually. With a web-based system, inventory data can be accessed in real-time, reducing memory usage on the device, and making the process of reading and updating data easier.This research uses field observation methods and interviews with related department employees, as well as theories that have been obtained during lectures. The system development method used is the waterfall method, while the information system design is carried out using Flow of Document (FO), Unified Modeling Language (UML), and the PHP programming language. The results of this research show that this web-based information system is able to solve existing problems and improve inventory management performance at the Department of Manpower, Industry, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kudus Regency.

The use of mobile-based technology is very useful for all fields, especially education. The rapid development of mobile technology encourages the University to be able to take full advantage of mobile technology. The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Lampung currently only has a web-based information system and does not yet have a mobile-based application that can be used to help the learning process, so that problems often occur during the learning process. Problems that often occur are forgetting class schedules, forgetting to attend student seminars, forgetting if there is a guidance schedule, not knowing the progress of guidance student studies, etc., with the development of the SIMIPA application it is hoped that it can help overcome problems that often occur in the learning process. This development focuses on the lecturer module with features such as schedule, agenda, academic calendar, endorsements, and notifications. The method used in the development of SIMIPA is the scrum method. The Scrum method has a product backlog that is divided into eight sprints and must be worked out to meet all application requirements. The Scrum method has three roles at the time of its work, namely the product owner, the Scrum master, and the development team. The scrum method has 4 stages starting from sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. The result of this research is the successful development of the SIMIPA application for the Android-based lecturer module. For testing application functionality, the black box testing method is used. The results of the black box testing on the lecturer module SIMIPA application show all functionality in the application is running and as previously expected. The utilization of information technology has been widely applied in various fields, including the education sector. However, at Muhammadiyah High School Kudus, administrative tasks such as student data management, class scheduling, attendance tracking, and report card generation still rely on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, leading to inefficiencies and a high risk of human error. This study aims to develop a web-based Academic Information System to streamline administrative processes and improve data accuracy by integrating the Moving Average method to determine the Minimum Mastery Standard (SKBM) based on historical student performance data. The system is developed using the Waterfall method, with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database for efficient data management. Blackbox testing is conducted to evaluate system functionality, ensuring its reliability and accuracy. The results indicate that the proposed system significantly enhances administrative efficiency, reduces errors in academic data processing, and provides a more accurate SKBM determination. This research contributes to educational institutions by offering a systematic approach to academic performance evaluation, ultimately supporting better decision-making in student assessments and learning outcomes.

Web-based management information system of transaction data with mobile features was needed by employees of PT. Yasiga Sarana Utama, especially mine division. The problems that frequently occur are some documents are created with the manual method, data storage is conducted using Microsoft Excel and duplication. Damage and loss of data have been solved with Web-based management information system of transaction data. In addition, the field employees who have activities outside of the Office get ease in storing and archiving the data using a mobile application integrated with transaction data management information systems. Management information system of transaction data was built using the waterfall method which consisted of the analysis, design, coding or implementing, and testing. In the early stages of development, the company business processes were studied through literatures, and then the company requirements were analyzed using use case diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, state chart diagrams, and user interface design. The next phase was the design of the system by designing a database using the ER-diagrams. Programming code on the implementation phase was conducted using PHP PDO with object-oriented programming, Bootstrap PostgreSQL database as an additional aesthetic applications, and PhoneGap to generate mobile applications. Application testing was conducted using black box testing. The infrastructure supporting communities and educational institutions is necessary for the Industry 4.0 era to increase the productivity of educational institutions. The new student registration process at TK Al-Fath is still traditional. It has several shortcomings, such as repeated visits by parents during registration, repetitive information delivery, and unorganized documents, leading to difficulties in data summarization. A web-based system is required to assist TK Al-Fath and prospective students' parents in the new student admission process. This information system will be developed using the Agile development methodology, which will include stages of planning, implementation, software testing, documentation, and deployment. By applying the Agile methodology, the developed information system meets user needs and can be quickly adapted according to changes and feedback received during the development process. This system is limited to serving as an information and registration center, developed from observation, discussion, and literature study. In the final stage, Blackbox testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) were conducted. In the Blackbox testing, there were nine functionality testing scenarios, all of which resulted in a 'Successful' status after being tested by 20 respondents. The design and development of the Web-Based New Student Admission Information System at TK Al-Fath were completed and accepted by users, with a total UAT percentage of 93.58%, falling into the 'Very Good' category.

This study aims to: (1) Know the form of a valid web-based SPP payment administration information system design at the Pakkusianta Al-Istiqamah Bulukumba Islamic boarding school. (2) To find out the user's response to the web-based SPP payment administration information system at the Pakkusianta Al-Istiqamah Bulukumba Islamic boarding school. This research uses 4D methods, namely Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The test method used is Black box testing. The results of this study are (1) Web-based SPP payment administration information system at Pesantren Pakkusianta Al-Istiqamah Bulukumba which can present data more efficiently and can store processed results. The web-based SPP payment administration information system is built using PHP programming language and MySql database. System design uses UML (Unifield Modeling Language) language which consists of use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. (2) The calculation result of the respondent's assessment is obtained a percentage of 92.4%. This percentage falls into the very good category.
