Abstract

The study was conducted to find out the results of the company's performance analysis using the Balance Scorecard (BSC) method. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, variables used are financial perspective, customer, business / internal, learning and growth perspective. Data used from 2015-2017. The results showed that the financial perspective was considered unfavourable because the value of ROE and ROA was still below the standard. From the customer's perspective, it is considered quite good because the customer acquisition value is good, and customer retention is quite good. From an internal business perspective, it is considered good because the MERR value is good. In the perspective of learning and growth is considered good because the value of employee retention, training and absenteeism is good. The results of performance measurement from the four perspectives of the Balance Scorecard are considered quite good.
