Abstract

Peserta didik sebagai generasi muda harus memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis untuk menganalisis permasalahan terkait pencemaran lingkungan di sekitar tempat tinggalnya. Kemampuan tersebut berperan sebagai dasar bagi peserta didik untuk mewujudkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan. Kemampuan berpikir kritis dapat ditingkatkan dengan mengembangkan video pembelajaran dengan model learning cycle 7E dan berbasis potensi lokal di Kabupaten Tapin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan yang ditinjau dari aspek validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan dengan desain 4D (Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate). Video pembelajaran diujicobakan kepada 9 peserta didik untuk uji coba kelompok kecil dan 36 peserta didik untuk uji coba lapangan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi, angket respon peserta didik dan guru, serta tes hasil belajar. Analisis data menggunakan rata-rata, persentase, dan uji N-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) video pembelajaran dinyatakan valid dengan memperoleh nilai sebesar 4,37; (2) video pembelajaran dinyatakan praktis dengan memperoleh nilai sebesar 80,86% pada respon peserta didik dan 82,35% pada respon guru; dan (3) video pembelajaran dinyatakan efektif dengan memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,73. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak karena telah memenuhi aspek validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas.Kata kunci: Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, Model Learning Cycle 7E, Pencemaran Lingkungan, Potensi Lokal; Video Pembelajaran. Students as the younger generation must have critical thinking skills to analyze problems related to environmental pollution around where they live. This ability acts as a basis for students to create awareness of the importance of protecting the environment. Critical thinking skills can be improved by developing learning videos using the 7E learning cycle model and based on local potential in Tapin Regency. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of the learning videos developed in terms of validity, practicality and effectiveness. This research uses a development model with a 4D design (Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate). The learning video was tested on 9 students for small group trials and 36 students for field trials. The research instruments used in this research were validation sheets, student and teacher response questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. Data analysis uses average, percentage, and N-gain test. The research results showed that: (1) the learning video was declared valid by obtaining a score of 4.37; (2) the learning video was declared practical by obtaining a score of 80.86% in student responses and 82.35% in teacher responses; and (3) the learning video was declared effective by obtaining a score of 0.73. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the learning video developed is declared feasible because it meets the aspects of validity, practicality and effectiveness.Keywords: Critical Thinking Skills, 7E Learning Cycle Model, Environmental Pollution, Local Potential, Tutorial Video.
