PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN KEUANGAN DAERAH MELALUI UMKM DI KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN SELAYAR

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap UMKM, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah terhadap UMKM, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah, untuk mengetahui pengaruh UMKM terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah melalui UMKM, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah melalui UMKM di Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap UMKM dan kemandirian keuangan daerah, pendapatan asli derah berpengaruh terhadap UMKM dan kemandirian keuangan daerah, UMKM tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah. Hasil uji sobel test menunjukkan bahwa UMKM tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pendapatan asli daerah terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah. Hal ini dapat diindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi pendapatan asli daerah maka tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah semakin baik. karena itu maka disarankan agar pemerintah daerah meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan mendorong sektor UMKM. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of economic growth on MSMEs, to find out the influence of local native income through MSMEs, to determine the effect of economic growth on regional financial independence, To determine the effect of local original income on regional financial independence, to determine the influence of MSMEs on regional financial independence, to determine the effect of economic growth on regional financial independence through MSMEs, to determine the effect of local native income on regional financial independence through MSMEs in Selayar Island Regency. The results of the study found that economic growth has no affect on MSMEs and regional financial independence, local native income affected MSMEs and regional financial independence, MSMEs did not affect regional financial independence. The results of the sobel test showed that MSMEs cannot mediate the effect of economic growth and local original income on regional financial independence. It can be indicated that the higher the local native income, the better the level of regional financial independence. Therefore, it is recommended that local governments increase local native income and economic growth by encouraging the MSMEs sector.
