Abstract

The Effect of Communication and Work Culture on the performance of the DPRD Regency Secretariat, which is a statement of the problem (problem statement) is communication and work culture in the DPRD Regional Secretariat, Karawang regency is still not optimal. work is on aspects of service that have not been optimal, especially for Members of the DPRD Karawang Regency and this is thought to affect the performance of employees in the DPRD DPRD Secretariat. the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the communication variable consists of 13 item statements, as a whole based on respondents' perceptions, communication in the Karawang Regency Council Secretariat is in the Good category. In the work culture variable which consists of 13 item statements, as a whole based on the respondents' perceptions, the work culture in the Karawang Regency Council Secretariat is in the Pretty Good category. The results of verification data processing through path analysis shows the work culture provides the most dominant contribution to the performance of employees in the karawang district council secretariat.
