Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on turnover intention (a case study in the Human Capital Management & Quality Division of the Indonesian Telecommunications Industry). There are employee complaints related to compensation given by the company, especially on bonuses and incentive pay. Based on the results of research from Nur riqoh Fuaidah et al (2018), it was proven that simultaneous compensation and work environment variables significantly influence turnover intention. This research belongs to quantitative and qualitative methods. The population of this study were employees of the Human Capital Management & Quality Division and the sample taken was 78 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Validity and reliability tests were performed on 78 employees. The prerequisite analysis tests include t-tests and f-tests. Data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant negative effect of the Compensation and Work Environment variables on Turnover Intention. This is evidenced by the calculated F value> F table (6.888> 3.12), with a significance value F tabel (6,888 > 3,12), dengan nilai signifikansi <0,005 (0,002<0,05). Dengan demikian, Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention . Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Turnover Intention
