Abstract
This study aims to analyze (EQ) emotional intelligence which consists of sub-variables of emotional skills, emotional skills, values and emotional beliefs on performance. And analyze transformational leadership which consists of sub-variables of charisma, intellectual stimulation and attention to individuals. The results of the study found that transformational leadership in the charisma sub-variable, intellectual stimulation and attention to individuals affected performance by 44.85 percent, the remaining 55.15 percent was influenced by other variables. In negative intellectual stimulation and the effect was not significant, while the charisma sub-variable and attention to individuals with significant influence at the 10 percent confidence level. Emotional intelligence consisting of sub-variables emotional skills, emotional skills, values and emotional beliefs on performance, has a significant effect on performance 60.29 percent, while the remaining 39.71 percent is influenced by other variables. However, individual attention has no significant effect. Significant T is 0.7637. Therefore, it must be removed from the regression equation.
