Abstract

The research was done at June–September 2014 technically by distributing questionnaires to the civil servants whom work in Regional Employment Board of Tambrauw, West Papua Province. It was done in order to get primary data related with leadership style (X1) and working environment (X2) toward working motivation (Y). The research results showed that the leadership style and working environment condition simultaneously had positive and significant effect to the civil servants’ working motivation on Regional Employment Board of Tambrauw, West Papua Province. Leadership style and working environment were only giving 32,75% influence toward working motivation of civil servants in Regional Environment Board of Tambrauw, West Papua Province.
