Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable leadership style (X1), cultural organization (X2), organizational climate (X3) and the work environment (X4) towards employee performance in PT. Kayu Mebel Indonesia. 
 The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 139 respondents who are employees of PT. Kayu Mebel Indonesia. With this method of data processing using SPSS program and using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with methods of simple random sampling. 
 From the test results simultaneously with the F-test indicate the presence of significant between the independent variables with the dependent variable. From the partial test, leadership style (X1) significantly affects employee performance, culture organization (X2) did not significantly affect employee performance, organizational climate variables (X3) do not significantly affect employee performance. Work environment variables (X4) significantly influence employee performance. Leadership style variable (X1) and the work environment variable (X4) partially effect the employee's performance (Y). Among the four variables that have the dominant influence on employee performance is the work environment (X4).
