Abstract
Effectively managing and utilizing its human resources is crucial for both large and small businesses, as well as other organizations, to achieve their goals. For sustainable operations and the attainment of organizational objectives, businesses require the right human resources. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of discipline, work environment, and job stress on employee work productivity. The research focuses on the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Hadi Jaya Makmur Convection in Sukoharjo. The sampling technique employed in this research is the saturated sampling technique, with 100 employee respondents providing data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The research findings indicate that the variables of discipline, work environment, and job stress collectively influence employee work productivity. This aligns with the partial research results, which demonstrate that the variables of discipline, work environment, and job stress individually have a partial impact on employee work productivity. Further research could involve investigating additional independent variables related to employee work productivity to obtain more accurate results and identify which variables, besides discipline, work environment, and job stress, have a greater influence on employee productivity.
