Abstract

The aim of this research is to test The influence of Change Appropriateness and Self-Efficacy to Level Of Individual Change and Employee Performance with the Affective Commitment to Change as an intervening variable. The sample are employee working in Financial Management Office of West Sumatra Province. 78 employees are given the questionnaire but only 73 questionnaires were collected. SEM analy-sis used to test the hypothesis by using the VisualPLS (VPLS). The result of this study show that five hy-pothesis accepted and three of those are rejected.
