Abstract

The article deals with development of the dust waste pelletizing technology for the silicon production industry in order to minimize environmental risks electron microscopy, gravimetric, chemical, X-ray phase analysis methods were used. The results show that silicon dust containing 86% of SiO2 should be used as an additional source of raw materials for silicon production using the workmanship method which reduces the environmental load of the nearby region and improves working conditions. The silicon production diagram with an additional pelletizing stage was developed.
