Peer review of papers was undertaken through processes administered by the organizers. Authors were instructed to strictly adhere to the guidelines of the conference and publisher and prepare a high-quality research article. Papers were reviewed independently by a minimum of two members of the conference review committee. After plagiarism check for maximum limit of 16 % by Turnitin software, papers were then sent to the reviewer by making sure that the topic of paper best matches with reviewer expertise. Assigned reviewers have submitted their anonymous reviews. After submission of all reviews, a reviewing panel made the final accept/reject decisions based on the reviews. The reviewing panel was made up of members from technical advisory committee and review committee, Conference General Chair, Chairman, Convenor and Editors. Authors were notified the final decisions via email.
