Abstract
Pedal medial arterial calcification (pMAC) is associated with major amputation in patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI). We hypothesized that this association is related to unresolved distal ischemia. We investigated relationships across the pMAC score, hemodynamic changes, and major amputations in patients with CLTI.
