Abstract
A person's spiritual inner world is reflected not only by his social activity, but also by the linguistic behavior of his speech. A person's speech and vocabulary are a reflection of his mental capacity and express his upbringing, education, intellectual development, character traits, characteristics, moral qualities. Today, the daily speech of school-aged pupils, students, even university graduates mostly does not meet the characteristics of beautiful speech, and this gap must be filled in the school, including the entire school staff. Being educated, as a set of knowledge, skills and abilities, is an important means of forming the spiritual and intellectual personal qualities of the learner, and it should become the cornerstone of school education. The task of the teaching staff is to form students who are constantly striving for self-knowledge and self-improvement, they should be put on the path of constant self-analysis, self-correction and self-improvement, forming individuals endowed with principled, emotional and universal values. Along with the development of the student's spiritual interests, getting acquainted with universal values, rich culture, works of art, the teacher should also develop the student's speech and communication ability, because the moral development of the individual is closely related to the acquisition of the spiritual values of the people: language, literature, history, culture. The degree of speech development is an indicator of intellectual level, an indicator of how a person perceives, understands and analyzes the information received from the outside world and adapts to it.
