Abstract
“The 4th trimester” is a critical priority, especially for high-risk patients. Gaps in patients’ understanding of their disease may affect their participation in postpartum (PP) care. We aimed to assess patients’ perceived health knowledge at baseline immediately PP and at 6 weeks after participation in a multidisciplinary MFM-cardiology PP hypertension clinic (MY HEART).
