Introduction

Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD) including disease Crohn’s (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC) are the most serious chronic gastrointestinal tract diseases [1,2,3,4] They should be considered as general diseases with multiple immune pathology. It is well known that in certain cases IBD begin with atypical clinical symptoms, namely with nonspecific abenteric disturbances [12]. This presents certain difficulties in their diagnostics and in some cases delays the time of making the correct diagnosis for several years that negatively affects the forecast of a disease. The general system complications and abenteric manifestations of IBD are traditionally classified by the pathogenic principle:
