Abstract
The condition of learning activities from home during the current pandemic is quite worrying. Several factors are caused by the non-optimal existence of parents as facilitators in assisting children's learning. This research is qualitative research with sources of information in this study consisting of two parts, namely primary data and secondary data. The primary data used in this study were the 267 parents of students at SDN 16 West Banglas. In this study, the research instrument was arranged in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire relating to indicators of research variables and research subjects consisting of demographics and respondents' views. The role of parents in assisting children to learn from home during the pandemic and the low level of parental education and parental knowledge of the development of Information and Communication Technology which plays a role as much as long as children learn from home during the pandemic.
