Abstract

The dependences of the bearing capacity of a closed planetary mechanism formed from two simple planetary mechanisms of the type ĀĪ as a function of two kinematic parameters that determine the transmission ratios of simple planetary mechanisms are investigational. Dependences are obtained from the conditions of providing contact and bending strength of external gearing of simple planetary mechanisms. The influence of the number of its satellites on the choice of the kinematic parameter of a simple planetary mechanism is taken into account. A condition is given that provides the same bearing capacity of a closed planetary mechanism, taking into account both contact and bending strength, respectively. Various formulations of the optimization problem of determining the values of the kinematic parameters of simple planetary mechanisms and methods for solving it are considered. An example of decision of optimization task is made in the mathematical package Mathcad.
