Abstract

A 21-year-old man underwent electrophysiology study for recurrent palpitation and documented narrow complex tachycardia. The baseline 12-lead electrocardiogram showed sinus rhythm with intermittent preexcitation and positive delta waves in all precordial leads, inferior leads, and lead I. The sinus cycle length and atrio-His and His-ventricular intervals were 662, 70, and 37 ms (non-preexcited beat), respectively (Figure 1). Ventricular pacing showed concentric, nondecremental ventriculoatrial (VA) conduction.
