Abstract

Unresectable primary intimal cardio-pulmonary angiosarcoma is a rare disease with a poor prognosis without any standard treatments. Here, we report three cases of unresectable primary intimal cardio-pulmonary angiosarcoma successfully treated with the angiogenesis-inhibitor pazopanib. (Case 1) A 56-year-old female was diagnosed with unresectable recurrent primary intimal pulmonary angiosarcoma after left pneumonectomy, for which pazopanib was started. She continued pazopanib for 2 years due to stable disease.
