Abstract

Ketamine at subanesthetic doses is a rapid-acting antidepressant, however the neurobiological mechanisms underpinning its therapeutic action remain unclear. Here, we examined the acute effects of ketamine on firing activity of neuronal ensembles in frontal cortex.
