Abstract

Luteal phase Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) down regulation is commonly used to prevent ovulation during controlled hyperstimulation. Extended release GnRH agonists can be used to reduce the number of daily injections in oocyte donors. We examined parameters of in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles to determine whether depot leuprolide acetate (LA) is an acceptable alternative to daily subcutaneous (SQ) LA.
