Abstract
원위요척관절 관절염이 진행되면 척골두가 후방탈구되며 동통, 파악력 약화, 전완부 회전운동 범위 감소, 신전건 파열 등이 나타날 수 있다. 척골 원위부 부분절제술은 원위요척관 절 관절염을 치료 할 수 있지만, 원위 척골 불안정성, 신전건 파열, 척골 전위, 동통 등이 합병증으로 나타날 수 있다. Sauve-Kapandji 술식은 원위 요척골 관절을 유합시키면서 유합된 부위보다 근위 척골에 인위적으로 가관절을 만들어 주 어 전완부 회전 운동을 가능하게 하는 술식으로 만성적인 원 위 요척골 관절의 이상 소견이 있을 때 실시되는 완관절 구제 수술의 하나로 척골 원위부 부분 절제술의 대체 술식이 될 수 있다. 이에 저자들은 류마토이드 관절염 환자에서 진행된 원 위요척관절 관절염에 대해 시행한 Sauve-Kapandji 술식의 임상적 및 방사선학적 결과를 평가하여 그 유용성을 알아보고 자 하였다.
