Rhode Island–based CODAC Behavioral Healthcare is partnering with the Hampden County Sheriff's Department (HCSD) to provide medications for opioid use disorder (OUD) — methadone, buprenorphine or naltrexone — as well as counseling and behavioral therapy to people in the county jails.
