Abstract

For the first time, the spatial variations caused by the IGW generated in the troposphere when the air flow around the Kopet-Dag mountain ridge are detected based on the measurements of the spatial distribution of the 557.7 nm atomic oxygen emission intensity. The measurements were carried out at Vannovskii station, the Physicotechnical Institute, Academy of Sciences of the Turkmen SSR.
