AbstractMari Holmboe Ruge (b. 1934) was a key member of the triumvirate who ran PRIO in the early years. She speaks in this interview about their international networking, the impressions she got from racial conflict in the US, her research on the non-violent resistance against the Nazi regime in Norway during 1940–1945, her study of peace journalism and her work for the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom.
