Abstract

This paper presents an approach to support the identification and alignment of company key-processes with its corporative strategy. A framework based on three main dimensions and a set of attributes was proposed. The dimensions are: core competences, strategy and financial results, and social. These dimensions were associated to 15 evaluation attributes, and analyzed at the level of high and medium company managers. To test the ideas proposed a large company from the automotive sector was selected as a case study.
