Abstract

The article outlines the role of main definitions that affect the formation of professional readiness of future economic specialists, refines conceptual and categorical apparatus of the research. We consider the views of modern scholars as to pedagogical and organizational and pedagogical conditions for training students during learning process in different universities. The article identifies and reveals organizational and pedagogical conditions of the forming professional skills of future junior specialists in professional economic universities of the I and II accreditation level during the study of professional disciplines that contribute to its professional effectiveness
