Abstract

This study analysed the relationships between organisational innovations in human resources management, benefits offered, quality of life actions at work and the satisfaction of 159 employees of two agroindustry cooperatives located in the north of Rio Grande do Sul. The methodology used was a survey, through a quantitative and descriptive research using confirmatory factorial analysis and multiple linear regression. The results highlight that the organisational innovations are related to the benefits offered and the quality of life actions at work. The actions that aim to improve the quality of life at work directly influence the satisfaction of employees, positively affecting the professional and personal life of the employee. Research indicates that raising quality of work at work and providing a well-structured benefit plan leads to talent retention, which reduces turnover and absenteeism.
