Abstract
A new approach to optimum processing of multi-dimensional data arrays for advanced information technologies and education informatics, using innovative mathematical principle based on the combinatorial configurations expounds in this paper. This approach relates to the optimum arrangement of structural elements in two-or multi-dimensional arrays with respect to minimizing of retrieval capacity, and process simplicity. The research covers various aspects of modern computer sciences and information technologies including a teacher skill in encoding engineering for study of profitable properties of perfect combinatorial configurations using appropriate models. Moreover, the perfection embedded in the underlying combinatorial models. The remarkable properties and structural perfection of one- and multidimensional models of the systems provide reproducing the maximum number of combinatorial varieties in the system with the limited number of elements and bonds. Applications profiting from the theory are for example processing of arrays, intelligent control systems, education informatics, vector data coding and compression, vector signal reconstruction, and a better understanding of the role of symmetric and non-symmetric structures in the behavior of natural and man-made intelligent information processing systems.
