Research Aims: This study aims to enhance the Leadership Mindset among college students in the Society 5.0 era by examining the role of Entrepreneurial Education and Talent Management. Specifically, it investigates how these educational and managerial strategies can foster innovation, collaboration, and creativity—competencies required for effective leadership in an era characterized by the integration of advanced digital technologies like AI and IoT into daily life. Design/methodology/approach: The research employed a quantitative approach, surveying 340 students from various higher education institutions (HEIs) in West Java, Indonesia. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.8. This methodological approach enables rigorous testing of the relationships among Entrepreneurial Education, Talent Management, and students’ Leadership Mindset. `Research Findings: The findings reveal that Entrepreneurial Education has a significant and positive effect on developing a Leadership Mindset among students. Additionally, Talent Management also contributes positively to leadership development, although its impact is slightly less pronounced than that of Entrepreneurial Education. Together, these factors play a crucial role in preparing students to adapt and thrive in the rapidly evolving environment of Society 5.0. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the interplay between Entrepreneurial Education, Talent Management, and Leadership Mindset in the context of Society 5.0, which remains underexplored. The originality lies in its focus on integrating human resource development and entrepreneurship education to shape future leaders who can harness digital advancements for societal benefit. It offers a novel perspective for educators and policymakers to design curricula and talent strategies aligned with the demands of a technology-driven society. In this paper, the implementation of entrepreneurship education on college students analyze the significance, followed by demonstration on the relationship between Ideological and political education and entrepreneurship education. On the ideological and political education in college students analyze the factors restricting the development of entrepreneurship. Analysis on the main problems existing in the entrepreneurship education in Ideological and political education and the causes. Put forward the innovation and entrepreneurship education of Ideological and political education method, has carried on the analysis from six aspects, namely, to optimize the environment of entrepreneurship education, improve education level; optimization of entrepreneurship education form, reform education mode; shape students' entrepreneurial personality, stimulating the entrepreneurial consciousness; strengthening entrepreneurial education troop construction, to ensure the effectiveness of education; the importance of entrepreneurship education and practice method, cultivating entrepreneurial ability; system construction of entrepreneurship education, realize the education standard development.

Leadership mindset regarding talent management practices: A case study of the City of Windhoek Council

Orientation: Municipalities are facing significant challenges in attracting talented personnel because of poor talent management practices.Research purpose: The main objective of this research was to determine how effective the leadership mindset is regarding talent management in Windhoek City Council in Namibia.Motivation for the study: Limited research currently exists on the outlook that leaders have in municipalities regarding talent management practices.Research approach, design and method: A qualitative approach was adopted for this study; semi-structured interviews were conducted to gain data. The participants were six top staff members from Human resource division in the City of Windhoek Council in Namibia. In addition, data were analysed through content-thematic analysis.Main findings: The findings of this study showed that effective talent management practices are crucial for an organisation to attract and retain skilled and experienced workers to reach a sustainable competitive advantage. The study revealed specific elements that constitute sound leadership mindset regarding talent management. These were talent management practices, leadership mind-set, recruitment strategy/talent acquisition and talent retention strategy.Practical/managerial implications: If individuals’ talents are not harnessed because of poor leadership and a lack of sound mindset and commitment to talent, this will negatively affect talent management in organisations. Thus, the findings of the study challenge the government to formalise the draft talent management policy at municipalities to help municipalities remain competitive through attracting, developing, retaining and rewarding talented employees.Contribution/value-addition: The study provides important insights that could assist the City of Windhoek Council and the government at large to attract talented personnel and become an employer of choice.

Talent Development as a Tool to Achieve Competitive Advantage through Organizational Culture: A Moderation and Mediated Model to Prove the Relation

The principal motivation behind this investigation was to examine the strategic impact of talent development in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage for higher educational institutions in Karachi, Pakistan. The study also aimed to assess the mediating influence of interpersonal and organizational constraints, along with organizational culture as a key moderating variable, in the relationship between talent development and institutional competitiveness. Data was collected through comprehensive surveys from a sample of 300 teaching and non-teaching staff across prestigious private universities in Karachi. Robust analytical techniques, including Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) via Smart PLS, were employed to validate the research framework and test the hypotheses. The findings revealed that competitive advantage was strongly linked to talent development initiatives and further amplified by a positive organizational culture. Additionally, the study identified intrapersonal drivers (such as motivation, skill enhancement) and external organizational factors (including leadership support, resource allocation) as critical mediators, reinforcing the connection between talent development and institutional success. These insights emphasize the need for targeted HR policies, continuous professional development, and a collaborative work environment to enhance competitiveness in Pakistan’s rapidly evolving higher education landscape. An empirical analysis of the impact of innovation and entrepreneurship education on the creativity of higher vocational students

At present, major universities are actively carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education courses to develop the creative potential of college students. In order to analyze the impact of participation in entrepreneurship and innovation education on college students’ creativity, the study took students from a certain province as a research sample, conducted a follow-up survey, and analyzed the current students’ creativity level and participation in entrepreneurship and innovation education. Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression was used to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship and innovation education on college students’ creativity. In order to enhance the credibility of the results, the propensity score matching method (PSM) was also used to verify the impact of participation in entrepreneurship and innovation education on students’ creativity. The analysis results show that the current creativity score of college students in my country is 107.6, which is at an average level; students who do not participate in entrepreneurship and innovation education have the lowest creativity score, and students who are rich in imagination and dare to take risks are more willing to actively participate in entrepreneurship and innovation education. OLS regression and PSM results show that participation in entrepreneurship and innovation education will significantly and positively affect the creativity of college students. Among them, active participation and both types of participation have significant effects on college students’ creativity, while passive participation has no significant effect. Therefore, colleges and universities need to carry out entrepreneurship and innovation education in a variety of ways, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate, and improve the level of students’ creativity. Specific recommendations include developing interactive hands-on courses, motivating students to participate in innovation competitions and entrepreneurial activities, and providing guidance and resource support to promote personalized development.

Organizational Culture as a Mediator Between Talent Management and Job Satisfaction in Higher Education

Introduction: The primary objective of this research is to study the role of organizational culture in mediating talent management strategies on facilitation of job satisfaction in higher education institutions, specifically in a developing region like Northern Odisha with a completely different institutional environment. Methods: The study conducted the research using a cross-sectional survey approach, collecting data from 207 respondents (teaching and administrative staff) in higher education institutions of Northern Odisha. A combination of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was utilized to examine relationships between talent management practices, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. Results: Although the study finds that key talent management practices, such as talent attraction, knowledge sharing, and training, do not have significant direct relationships with job satisfaction in the context of Northern Odisha's higher education institutions, these results provide valuable insights into the dynamics of talent management in resource-constrained environments. These findings undermine the assumption that the practice of talent management in general improves job satisfaction. In the environment with restricted resources, the impact of the traditional talent management approaches may be overridden by such factors as the support of the institution, the effectiveness of its leadership, and the socio-economic limitations. Moreover, low mediating impacts of the organizational culture emphasize the fact that, in some given situations, cultural factors might not be adequately formed or applied regularly to act as moderators. Conclusion: This research is a pioneering evaluation of the interplay between organizational culture, talent management practices and job satisfaction in the context of higher education in Northern Odisha, where these dynamics have not been extensively explored previously. There is an indication from this study that other institutional factors may be at play in Northern Odishan higher education institutions, over and beyond talent management and organizational culture. Future studies can focus on identifying and understanding these factors. The research outcomes highlight the imperative for leaders and administrators in higher education to contemplate broader organizational and socio-economic elements in their endeavor to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational efficacy. The study concludes that human resource strategies in higher education institutions of developing countries should be more than talent management practices and should consider broader organizational and socio-economic settings.

Entrepreneurship Education and Health-Stress Analysis of College Teachers and Students Using Backpropagation Neural Network Model

The purpose is to solve the problem of college students’ employment difficulties. It is the development trend of the times to master the basic psychological pressure state of students and analyze students’ problems by using modern technology and science. First, based on Marxist theory, the theory of entrepreneurship education and the characteristics of teachers and students in colleges are expounded, and the principle and algorithms of Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) are introduced. Second, from the perspective of entrepreneurship education and mental health factors of college students, the sample set of the BPNN model is collected using a Questionnaire Survey (QS). Then, the sample set is normalized to analyze the current college entrepreneurship education and the health and stress of college students. The results show that the comprehensive BPNN output of entrepreneurship education is 0.726, indicating that entrepreneurship education in colleges is at a moderate level. The proposed BPNN model can perform better than the traditional prediction methods in predicting college students’ mental health, and the data fitting results are satisfactory. Overall, college students’ entrepreneurship education should be improved, and schools should take more incentives to help adjust college students’ mentality.

Analysis of College Students' Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneurial Psychological Quality From the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education.

The purpose is to meet the needs of social development, encourage college students’ employability, and alleviate social pressure. First, the domestic and international employment situation is discussed along with the derivation of entrepreneurship education. Second, ideological and political education is summarized, and accordingly, its internal advantages and external conditions are explained. Then, the current situation and existing problems of entrepreneurship education in Chinese higher education institutions are analyzed from the perspectives of entrepreneurship ideology, entrepreneurship thinking, and entrepreneurship ability. Consequently, a proposal is put forward to integrate entrepreneurship education into ideological and political education to promote the coordinated development of the multidisciplinary course. Finally, the Questionnaire Survey (QS) is designed on the relationship between college students’ entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education, and the QS is conducted from three aspects: college students’ entrepreneurship views, suggestions, and cognition of the ideological and political education. The QS results show that less than 10% of students are very interested in entrepreneurship education, and most students believe that entrepreneurship education plays a very limited role in their growth. Additionally, classroom teaching accounts for the most in entrepreneurship education, while extracurricular practice accounts for only 15%. In terms of teaching content, 80% of students believe that teachers of professional courses have made outstanding contributions to teaching results, but the number of teachers of professional courses is the least among all teachers. Further, the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education among college students is analyzed through the QS by issuing to three local higher education institutions, finding that the college students’ understanding of entrepreneurship education is incomplete. The advantages of ideological and political education should be fully exerted to improve the recognition of entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurship education should be integrated into daily teaching content. In this way, entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education can be fused, and entrepreneurship education can promote students’ entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial thinking.

A study on the impact of entrepreneurship education on college students' employability

Since the implementation of China 's entrepreneurship and innovation strategy in 2015, unique innovation and entrepreneurship education has also been incorporated into higher education, aiming to cultivate new talents with innovative ability and entrepreneurial consciousness for the society through entrepreneurship and innovation education. Higher education takes the cultivation of employment talents as the fundamental goal, and entrepreneurship education as a part of higher education has a new impact on the employability of college students. Therefore, this paper studies the relationship between entrepreneurship education and college students' employment and the influence mechanism of entrepreneurship education on college students' employment. The conclusion shows that entrepreneurship education has a significant impact on college students ' employability and employment quality. Therefore, colleges and universities should pay attention to improving the way of entrepreneurship education while carrying out entrepreneurship education, actively optimize the setting of professional courses, and should link entrepreneurship education with future employment.

College students’ entrepreneurship education path and management strategy of start-up enterprises using causal attribution theory

The current social entrepreneurship situation is not ideal. This study aims to enhance the effectiveness of college students’ entrepreneurship education and improve the safety factor of start-up enterprises. Firstly, the current situation of college students’ entrepreneurship education is studied through questionnaires and literature review. Secondly, the risk-influencing factors of start-up enterprises are collected and analyzed through deep learning (DL) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Finally, drawing on the causal attribution theory, the influencing factors and entrepreneurial risks of college students’ entrepreneurship are analyzed. The reasonable path of college students’ entrepreneurship education and the management strategy of start-up enterprises are proposed. The results indicate that employing DL and AI in college students’ entrepreneurship education facilitates identifying influencing factors, allowing for timely adjustments and the development of effective educational paths tailored to students’ needs. Moreover, the management strategy based on DL and AI can help start-up enterprises accurately and timely predict risks, find their source of risks, and minimize potential losses. The study also identifies several key factors affecting the management strategy of start-up enterprises. The most influential is the wrong decision-making of managers, with a coefficient of 9, followed by employee turnover, with a coefficient of 8. The corresponding influence weights of these two factors are the highest, with values of 0.175 and 0.138, respectively. In contrast, internal employee resistance has the lowest influence weight, at 0.024. This study provides valuable theoretical support for the future development of entrepreneurship education for college students and contributes to refining the management strategies of start-up enterprises.

Innovative Entrepreneurship Education of College Students Based on Synergism and Random Matrix

This paper adopts the method of synergetic theory fused with a random matrix to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students, discusses the existing problems, and develops ways of college students’ entrepreneurship education from the perspective of synergetic students. The development history of entrepreneurship education of college students is explained, the development of entrepreneurship education in case institutions is introduced and the synergistic subjects of college students’ entrepreneurship education are introduced, and the necessity of carrying out college students’ entrepreneurship education is analyzed. The mechanism of cooperation mechanism of total budget management is studied from three perspectives of organizational cooperation, information cooperation, and resource cooperation respectively. From the perspective of internal and external collaborative training platforms, the idea of improving college students’ entrepreneurship education is put forward. Among them, colleges, teachers, and college students form an internal system for the development of entrepreneurship education, and the three are synergistically dependent on each other and influence each other. Then, the problems in entrepreneurship education are analyzed, including weak teachers in entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, systematic and professional entrepreneurship education to be improved, insufficient internal drive-in entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and insufficient initiative of college students to participate in entrepreneurship education. Finally, the ways to solve the existing dilemmas of entrepreneurship education of college students from the perspective of synergism are proposed, including improving the initiative of college students and the atmosphere of social and cultural environment, constructing internal and external platforms for entrepreneurship education of college students, and evaluating and giving feedback to entrepreneurship education of college students so that colleges and universities can better promote and carry out entrepreneurship education.

Research on problems and countermeasures of college entrepreneurship education

Entrepreneurship education is a new education idea which western countries come to in the late 1980s, it advocated to take cultivating students' entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial spirit as a higher education primary goal. In recent years, Chinese university education face new difficult to entrepreneurship education, most universities still stay in the minority “entrepreneurial activity”, rather than most people's “entrepreneurship education” level. This article analyzes the existing problems in the college education development and some countermeasures pertinently, in order to provide reference for education in college students' entrepreneurship education and promote the healthy development of university of sustainable entrepreneurship education.

Study on the Relationship between Entrepreneurship Education and College Students’ Entrepreneurial Intention and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy

Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities influences college students’ entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, but previous studies have approached entrepreneurship education as a whole to obscure the relational mechanisms between the three. On the basis of the classification framework of theoretical and practical entrepreneurship education, the interactive relationships between lecture reports, entrepreneurship courses, entrepreneurship competitions, entrepreneurship training, and entrepreneurship practica and entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial self-efficacy among college students were analyzed. Analysis through structural equation modeling indicates that: Theoretical entrepreneurship education not only directly influences entrepreneurial intention among college students, but also indirectly influences entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial self-efficacy; practical entrepreneurship education only indirectly influences entrepreneurial intention among college students through entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The influencing effect of theoretical entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention among college students is greater than that of practical entrepreneurship education, and furthermore, entrepreneurship courses have the largest influencing effect on entrepreneurial intention among college students. More importantly, relative to the direct effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention among college students, the indirect effect produced on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial self-efficacy is greater.

Talent Management and Organizational Innovation: The Role of Knowledge Sharing

In the era of knowledge-driven economies, talent management and organizational innovation have become critical for sustaining competitive advantage. Knowledge sharing is increasingly recognized as a key mechanism through which talent management practices foster innovation. However, the interplay between talent management, knowledge sharing, and organizational innovation remains underexplored, particularly in dynamic and competitive business environments. This study aims to investigate the role of knowledge sharing in mediating the relationship between talent management and organizational innovation, providing insights into how organizations can leverage talent to drive innovation. A quantitative research design was employed, utilizing survey data collected from 300 employees across various industries. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the relationships between talent management, knowledge sharing, and organizational innovation. The findings reveal that talent management significantly enhances organizational innovation, with knowledge sharing acting as a key mediator. Employees who actively participate in knowledge-sharing activities reported higher levels of innovation. Talent management practices, such as talent development and retention, were found to positively influence knowledge sharing, which in turn drives innovation. This study highlights the importance of integrating talent management with knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster organizational innovation.
