Abstract

In recent years, the shortage of power grid peak regulation capacity and the problem of wind curtailment has become increasingly prominent, while the regulation potential of a large number of coal-fired self-generation power plants has not been utilized and valued. Aiming at cogeneration self-generation power plants participating in transactions and promoting wind power consumption, a short-time-scale power generation right trading mode is designed for captive power plants. The settlement takes days as the time scale; in the self-generation power plant, the electric heating device is used to absorb wind power and participate in the joint heating, decouple the thermoelectric coupling constraints of the unit, and reduce the power output of the unit; with the goal of the lowest operating cost of the self-generation power plant, the wind power plant is constructed a clean alternative cogeneration captive power plant dispatch model. The simulation results show that this method can effectively improve the level of wind power consumption, reduce the operating cost of self-generation power plants, reduce coal consumption, and achieve clean substitution of electric energy.
