Abstract

The preparation and optical properties of amorphous indium nitride thin film deposited by the reactive sputtering method are shown. An electrochromic effect and a photodarkening effect are observed in this material. Their mechanisms are proposed based on results of X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
