Abstract
of terahertz radiation are described. The focusing characteristics of reflective Fresnel zone plates fabricated for the terahertz spectral range are presented. The shadowgraphy of amino acids buried in pressed Teflon tablets is described as an example of imaging techniques. The prospects for terahertz quasioptical systems, holography and tomography with high-power lasers are considered.
