Abstract
Three patients affected by a new hereditary syndrome labeled ophthalmo-mandibulo-melic dysplasia are reported. The changes were seen in the eyes (blindness from corneal opacities); jaw (temporomandibular fusion, absent coronoid process, and obtuse mandibular angle); and the limbs, in which there were radio-humeral and proximal radio-ulnar dislocations, aplasia of the lateral humeral condyle, the head of radius, and the lower third of ulna, and other bone changes in the upper and lower extremeties. To my knowledge, this syndrome has not been reported before.
