Abstract
We consider a heterostructure, the potential profile of which consists of two magnetic barriers with noncollinear magnetizations separated by a nonmagnetic quantum well. It is shown that the transmission coefficient of a nonspin-polarized electron is modulated and the angle between the magnetization vectors of barriers is the modulation parameter.
