Abstract

Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird nach der Grammatikkompetenz kroatischer DaF-Lernender nach bestandener Abiturprufung im Fach Deutsch (hohere Ebene) gefragt, da der Grammatikvermittlung verhaltnismasig viel Unterrichtszeit gewidmet und von diesem Unterricht auch viel erwartet wird. Zur Beantwortung der Forschungsfragen werden schriftliche Produktionen der Lernenden unter Heranziehung der Profilanalyse untersucht. Eine differenzierte Einsicht in die Grammatikkompetenz der Probanden erfolgt einerseits aufgrund quantitativer Ergebnisse (u.a. Korrelationsanalyse), andererseits aufgrund qualitativer Beobachtungen sowie einer Analyse ausgewahlter Belege. Since in Croatian high schools a lot of time is devoted to teaching German grammar, high school graduates are expected to demonstrate a great level of grammar competence in German. The following article examines whether their knowledge falls short of these expectations. In order to conduct this research, we analyzed written production of German sentences by high school graduates with reference to profile analysis. A differentiated insight into the grammar skills of volunteers took place on the one hand on the basis of quantitative analysis (i.a. correlation analysis) and on the other hand on the basis of qualitative observations as well as an analysis of selected results.
