Abstract
The authors prove that the commutator of the parabolic Marcinkiewicz integralgΩwith variable kernel is a compact operator onLp(Rn) (1<p<∞)if and only ifb∈CMO (Rn,ρ). The result is substantial improvement and extension of some known results.
