Abstract

The responses from two measurement models with different location and scale parameters have been consdiered. Inference about the difference between two location parameters is known as Behrens-Fisher-problem and has received considerable attention in statistical literature. However, inference about ratio of scale parameters has received limited attention and for normal samples is usually based on the ratio of sample variances.
