Abstract

The relationship between kinematic parameters of the plastically deformed stock and kinematic parameters of the rigid bodies which restrict the deformation zone on the basis of the theoretical and experimental research is determined. A mechanical model of the process of deformation of the stock in the monolithic die is developed. The formulas which are helpful to determine the relative sliding of the points of the surface of the tool and external surface of the finished product depending on the conditions of drawing are received. The relationship between the uneven distribution of the residual stresses along the deformed wire and the kinematics of the process of deformation of the stock is determined.
