Abstract
A new family of statim~ary axisymmetric, asymptotically flat exact solutions lo the Einstein vacuum fields, having positive number distortion parameter o, mass parameter m and rotation-reflection parameter /-, is presented in a closed form. When o= 1, the present solution reduces to the Kerr solution. The present family of solutions contains no event horizon except the o= 1 solution.
