Abstract
The primary duties of state officials are: protecting the interests of the state, protecting citizen’s rights and performing commands of their superiors. The authors analyze situation when state officials fail their duties (disciplinary responsibility). They also recognize that the responsibility for the infringement of public finance discipline is very important to the public finance order. Therefore, the authors describe some of the structural elements of the above-mentioned institutions and try to compare them.
